This position is paid by hourly rate, referral bonus, and Curves supplement bonus. Once guest servicing and generation is understood, this employee will begin training for membership sales. At this point, commission on sales and CD bonuses will be added.

Manager Trainee: Employee must display proficiency at above position prior to being invited to participate in the manager trainee program. This program is designed to teach all aspects of management as they pertain to the facility.
